Welcome to MKPULSE. We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights, responsibilities, and the process for returning products purchased from MKPULSE.


1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date of the order.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day return period may not be eligible for approval.


2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be purchased directly from MKPULSE.
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Be in original condition.
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, cables, microphones, carry bags, adapters, warranty cards, and packaging.
  • Show no signs of misuse, abuse, modification, or accidental damage.
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

MKPULSE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team:

Please provide:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once approved, you will receive:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
  • Return Instructions
  • Shipping Details

Returns shipped without an approved RMA may be refused and returned to the sender.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within:

Damaged During Shipping

Within 48 hours of delivery

Incorrect or Missing Products

Within 7 days of delivery

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Any visible shipping damage

After verification, MKPULSE may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the item
  • Repair the item
  • Send missing components
  • Issue a partial refund
  • Issue a full refund

For approved claims, MKPULSE will provide a prepaid return shipping label.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Paid Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when:

  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Purchasing by mistake
  • No longer needing the product
  • Returning due to personal preference

MKPULSE-Paid Returns

MKPULSE will cover return shipping costs when:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective under normal use
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item is missing major components

Because many MKPULSE products are oversized audio products, shipping costs may vary based on location and carrier availability.


6. Product Inspection

All returned products are inspected upon arrival.

Inspection typically takes 2–5 business days after delivery to our returns facility.

If the returned product shows:

  • Physical damage
  • Missing accessories
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Excessive wear and tear

MKPULSE may:

  • Reduce the refund amount
  • Return the item to the customer
  • Reject the return request

7. Refund Processing

Once the return inspection is completed and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Clearance products
  • Final sale items
  • Promotional giveaway products
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Products marked as "Non-Returnable" at purchase

9. Exchanges

MKPULSE currently offers exchanges only for:

  • Defective products
  • Shipping-damaged products
  • Incorrect products shipped by MKPULSE

For all other situations, customers should request a return and place a new order.


10. Refused Deliveries & Undeliverable Packages

If a package is:

  • Refused by the customer
  • Returned due to an incorrect shipping address
  • Unclaimed from the carrier

MKPULSE reserves the right to deduct:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping fees
  • Applicable handling costs

Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.


11. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment confirmation.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process outlined in this policy.


12. Warranty Claims

Returns and refunds are separate from warranty coverage.

Most MKPULSE products include a 12-Month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects for customers within the United States.

13. Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact MKPULSE before filing a chargeback with your payment provider.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
