MKPULSE products sold through themkpulse.com are covered by a 12-Month U.S. Limited Warranty for eligible manufacturing defects from the original purchase date.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
- Eligible repairs or replacement at MKPULSE’s discretion
What is not covered
- Damage from drops, misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper power
- Water, splash, or weather exposure unless an official IP rating is published for that model
- Normal wear, consumables, and cosmetic damage that does not affect function
